Terms Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 3500 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 3500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 3500 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and changes take effect immediately upon publication.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To make full use of 3500's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during and after registration is truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us before the activity occurred. 3500 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you.
- Do not distribute malware or carry out any form of cyberattack against the platform.
- Do not cheat, manipulate the payment system, or abuse promotions on the 3500 platform.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow and internet banking from major Malaysian banks. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use belongs to you and is valid for this purpose.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, the 3500 platform will process requests within the stipulated period, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. If you suspect any unauthorised transaction on your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. 3500 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the 3500 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

3500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe the user has violated these Terms. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, use of false information, promotion abuse, multiple accounts, or any activity that breaches applicable law.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to any refund of the remaining account balance. For voluntary account closures with no breach involved, any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the necessary review and verification process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 3500 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3500 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 3500 or its relevant licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3500.
Third-Party Links
The 3500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 3500 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of them. You access any third-party links at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
3500 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia. By using the 3500 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
